108 Sun Salutations Yoga Class Aids Ridgefield Animal Rescue

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- Buddhi Mat Yoga will celebrate the changing of the seasons with a 108 Sun Salutations class on Friday at 6 p.m.

The recommended donation is $20 in cash or check and proceeds will benefit ROAR (Ridgefield Operation for Animal Rescue).
