The fitness studio, located at the Oakridge Commons Shopping Center is hosting an open house on Dec. 2 from 8 a.m. to noon to show off its remodeled and expanded studio space.
The event kicks off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and free workout. There will also be exercise and equipment demonstrations, a discussion on healthy snacks, and a champagne toast.
“Premier Fitness has one goal. To change your life," Ian Nimblett, owner of Premiere Fitness, said. "We’re here to help you look, feel and move better."
